請問一下，關於我的訂貨方面的問題，我在信用卡線上交易看到了我的交易紀錄如下：

但是我在九月十八號有購買訂單『p-i753』貨品，然後再九月二十二日有發電子郵件，向貴公司確認過，要取消『p-i769』訂單的交易，然後改訂其他貨品，貴公司也同意了，然後給我新的訂單編號『p-i 777』編號的貨物，為什麼今天我收到dhl公司的通知及線上交易查詢，貴公司在我信用卡上的交易紀錄是『p-i753』、及『p-i769」、『p-i 777』三個訂單的合計金額?不是應該只有『p-i753』及『p-i 777』才對嗎??
請貴公司再予確認一次。

Refer to my orders, I have some queries and need to clarify with you.
I just checked my record of credit card online as below:

However, I did placed order on Sep. 18th and my order No. was “p-i753”. Later on, I sent you e-mail to confirm that I would like to cancel the deal of order No. “p-i769” and then I ordered other products. You also confirmed back and gave me a new order No. “p-i777”.
But today I got a notice from DHL and then I double checked my order status online, You didn’t cancel my order “p-i769”, so the total amount is still including “p-i753”, “p-i769” and “p-i777”. It should be only “p-i753” and “p-i777”invoiced.
Would you pls double confirm and help me out?

其實這樣有點難耶!雖然貨還在義大利,但已經在UPS運送途中了,這樣很難追回!其實您只想訂購"p-i753" & "p-i777"對嗎?基本上您都沒錯,是賣家自己的誤解,所以費用不應由您負擔,也因他連您取消掉的商品都寄出了,不如先收到貨,然後寫一封信跟賣家說"p-i769"的貨,您會用賣家的UPS帳號再寄回給賣家(賣家付費),但款項部分,看您是想繼續購買他的其他東西,還是請他匯回給您(但若款項不多,扣掉銀行手續費就不划算了)請他同意,再將物品寄回,對您比較有保障

他已經把貨給ups了…不過我從貨單上看出還在義大利，可以再請他把貨給追回來，然後把我不須要的『p-i 769』的訂單排除，再把我的請款給重新追回可以嗎?
如果賣家真的很難辦到的話，或是執行上有困難的話，我也可以接受取消所有的交易，請他把商品全部取消，包含“p-i753”, “p-i769” and “p-i777”，然後這段郵寄的費用由我出，只要他把信用卡的請款給取消就行了，可以嗎…麻煩你了…

Dear Sir or Madam:
I write to request a confirmation of the status of the three aforementioned purchase orders and a refund of the cancelled p-i769 order.
As a background, I placed the order p-i753 on September 18, 2006, and, on September 22, 2006, I sent an e-mail message to your companying requesting a cancellation of a previous order, p-i769. In that same e-mail, I also requested the items in the p-i769 order be changed.
In response, I received a confirmation from your company on [__] indicating that (1) the p-i769 order will be cancelled and (2) a new order, p-i777, will replace the cancelled p-i769 order.
Thereafter, I have recently received my online credit card statement showing the following total charge from your company:

Based on the online credit card statement above, it indicates that the total charge includes the cost of orders p-i753, p-i769 and p-i777. However, since the order i-769 was cancelled, I am disputing that the total should include only the costs of orders p-i753 and p-i777.
I would appreciate if you could confirm that the order p-i769 was properly cancelled and hereby request a refund be issued to my credit card at your convenience.

對於這種信你多半要一並要求對方退你錢所以我幫你加了要求退錢的部分"a refund" 而且我是從事情發生先後開始寫
