要忠於品牌。基本的行銷人要特別關照品牌形象，尤其注重它的品質。brand integrity 不太容易翻，指的就是品牌代表的形象和其產品品質之間的一致性，例如勞X丹X的手錶分明是LOCAL的品牌，若是硬要塑造成像Rolex或V. Constantine瑞士名錶的形象，就有欺騙之嫌。
