急件~國外購物退貨中翻英~20點 - 手錶

日前在myhabit購物買3項商品,收到後有2項物品有明顯瑕疵(1個袋子肩帶斷裂+1支手錶顏色不對),3項商品當時購買美金163+25(郵資)+21.13(關稅)=209.13元,從該網站看到他的退貨規定~

我利用郵局寄回美國花了1074台幣,今天收到myhabit來信

Item Refund: $59.00
Shipping Refund: $8.33
只退回袋子的金額及8.33的郵資,另外手錶並未看到退費.
請問我要如何爭取郵資及關稅的補償(因為唯一完整的鞋子只要39美金並不需要支付關稅)並要求詢問手錶的去向?

myhabit今天已經回復要退回我2項商品的金額,
我目前是要跟myhabit要求退回21.13(關稅)及台灣寄回的運費$39.19
請問要如何寫才能達到目的呢?

Dear Sir,
I bought 3 items from your shop on XXX( 日期), please find the enclosed invoice copy.(附上原發票) However, when I received your package, I found the strape of the bags was damaged and the watch was not the right color which I ordered. And of course, I followed your return policy to return the two items back, and put the shipping receipt in the return box as well.
I appreciate your reply about the reimbursement, however it just shows the refund of the damaged bag $59 and shipping refund $8.33 only. Here is my question
1. How about the watch which I returned in the same box ? Will you replace the right one and shipping it free or you will reimbursement as well?
2. According to your return policy for overseas customers, if you find the damaged was made from your side, you promise to refund all return shipping costs, duties and taxes. It means the duties for the bag and watches should be refund, and I did not see it on your refund list either. The duty is $21.13.and it should not be paid by your customer who did not receive the satisfied goods.
