昨天下午和長輩去台北101Patek Philipp看錶
兩位服務人員陪伴我們 發生了幾件讓人覺得莫名其妙的事
1.我是男生 幫太太先看女錶 隔窗看了看女生金鷹系列後詢問是否有男生金鷹系列
服務人員回覆都賣完了 我問說如果要賣是要等嗎 服務人員回我"外面都會跟你講弄得到啦
但是要等 等也不知道等到甚麼時候" 我問"如果要等要等多久呢" 服務人員回"那也要看
waiting list啊 賣也會先賣買過的"
2.挑了一隻萬年曆欣賞 長輩看了之後讚嘆"真的是非常精緻" 服務人員回應"當然啊 兩百
多萬的錶當然精緻"語氣像在訝異對方少見多怪
服務人員後來詢問了我的一些想法後 態度明顯好轉
其他的小細節不敘述 總結讓人的感受是前倨後恭
過程中長輩和我完全不受氣也不受影響 對服務人員的詢問也是禮貌得有問有答
結束看錶行程後和長輩用餐 討論看錶感想
我們看了IWC、Patek Philipp和Rolex
長輩說"Patek Philipp工藝真的好 其他家的服務人員態度都很親切 Patek Philipp好像
比較高傲" 我笑笑回長輩"有一些高級車款的業務也會有類似的狀況"就結束這部分的討論
我後來想了想
可能是我33歲在Patek Philipp的客群層中偏年輕(不過長輩60歲)或者就只是跟他們無緣吧
結論應該會在別處購買Patek Philipp
