如果你說的是過去一年,那我想主要解釋因素之一是因為疫情造成的供給減少、需求增加,供給減少是勞的產能受疫情影響,需求增加是因為許多消費者因為不能出國所以有多出來的預算,這也反映在國旅爆滿、國內許多頂級旅宿 (谷關虹夕諾雅、涵碧樓等)都直接訂房客滿好幾個月等等,我記得去年年中某次在AD買錶和AD聊了一下,他說勞連OP等一些入門款都被買光,探一也就不意外了,畢竟很多人去趟歐洲的預算就1-20萬,拿來買包買勞,剛好而已,更不用說那些一直都存在的”VVIP”...
在沒有疫情影響時,OP、探一、DJ都還是相對好入手的,水貨價也不會差太多,只有一些熱門運動勞如水鬼、Daytona等有這問題,但這是過去幾年來根本的供需問題,這問題也很多人談了很久就不贅述了。
我知道有人看到水貨以幾倍價格賣讓人很不爽,還不就個探一嗎?新款36mm的水貨訂價21萬我看到時候會掛個至少30萬賣(不知道會不會到40萬),看了就不爽(?) 但純粹站在經濟學角度,在這樣的供需狀況下,或許探一、綠OP、Tiffany藍OP等就是「值那個價」,或許勞開的訂價就是「太低」,這就跟一些很熱門的活動、演唱會的票,「黃牛票」價格會「那麼高」一樣,但那價格或許就是市場合理價而已,simple as
that。另一方面,這種供需問題一般來說的解決之道是增加供給,一般做生意的在需求大好時會大幅「擴廠」,但勞就不是如此,它要做的是穩健的百年生意,要做是在幾十年前石英風暴下一樣可以生存的生意模式,這短短五年、十年的需求狀況在他們眼中或許根本是nothing to consider.
這種市場現實,早早認清就好了,Don’t get emotional。回頭看看歐買嘎,想買隨時有(Snoopy除外),看看歐買嘎海馬300那精美的水貨價(嘻嘻),一切就很清楚了
